How do I know how much my property could earn?

Who stays in the properties you manage?

Our guests are mainly contractors, business professionals and relocating individuals. Every guest is screened, and pets are not allowed at any of our properties.

Is a security deposit taken from guests?

Yes. A security deposit is usually required to cover any potential damage during a stay, and it is returned to the guest afterwards minus any applicable deductions.

How and when do I get paid?

You’ll receive regular statements showing your earnings and payment schedule. Full details are set out in your management agreement.
